How to communicate driver data?

Log in to the service via SPID to fill in and send the notice from drivers online.

I want to appeal to the Prefect

Within 60 days of notification of the assessment report, Prefettura di Imperia - Via Matteotti, 147 18100 Imperia or send it by e-mail to verbali.vallecrosia@pec.it

I want to appeal to the Justice of the Peace

Within 30 days of the notification of the assessment report to the Justice of the Peace with territorial jurisdiction, filing it directly or by registered mail with return receipt pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 150/11.

The appeal must be filed in Italian.

I would like to apply for payment in instalments for the penalty payment: what should I do?

Is there a 30% reduction of the penalty amount even if an instalment application is made?

No. If the request for instalment payment is granted, the 30% reduction does not apply to the penalty to be paid in instalments.
